ShopShout Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

ShopShout ("we", "us") operates https://b1.co8.ai, a service that lets you compose, schedule and publish posts to connected social media platforms such as Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest and Google Business Profile.

2. What we collect

Account data: your email address and workspace details you provide at registration.

Social channel data: when you connect a social media account we receive and store the account or page name, platform-specific identifiers, profile picture, and access or refresh tokens needed to publish on your behalf.

Content data: the text, images and videos you upload or compose in ShopShout, together with scheduling state and publish results returned by the platforms.

Usage data: basic operational logs required to run the service.

3. How we use your data

We use your data solely to operate ShopShout: connecting your channels, publishing the posts you schedule, showing publish status and results, and providing support. We do not sell your data and we do not use your content to train models.

4. Third parties

We share data only with the social platforms you connect (for example Meta, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Google and TikTok) to the extent required to publish your posts, and with infrastructure providers that host the service. Each platform processes your data under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active.

You can delete your account (including all organizations, channels, posts and media) at any time from Settings inside ShopShout. This action cannot be undone.

If you reached ShopShout through a Meta platform (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), you can also request deletion from Meta: Meta forwards such requests to our Data Deletion Request Callback, we remove the connected channel and its tokens, and you receive a confirmation code. You can contact us at the address below for the status of a deletion request.

6. Cookies

We set a single authentication cookie so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service evolves; the effective date below shows the current version.
