ShopShout Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using ShopShout at https://b1.co8.ai you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

ShopShout lets you compose, schedule and publish text, images and videos to social media accounts you connect (Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Business Profile).

3. Your accounts and content

You keep ownership of everything you create. You grant us the limited technical license needed to store your content and publish it to the platforms you choose, at the times you choose.

You are responsible for the content you publish and for keeping your connected social accounts in good standing with each platform's own terms.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use ShopShout to publish unlawful, infringing or platform-policy-violating content, to spam or harass, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, tokens or the service itself.

5. Third-party platforms

Publishing depends on each platform's APIs. Platforms may change, rate-limit or revoke access independently of us; we are not liable for their availability or decisions, including rejected content or account restrictions they apply.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features; material adverse changes to the core posting service will be communicated in advance where practical.

7. Termination

You can stop using ShopShout and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, for example unauthorized access attempts or platform abuse.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
